Report a problem
Include your phone model, app version, affected screen and what happened. For a match, include the teams, competition and time. You may attach a screenshot after hiding unrelated personal information.
Match alerts
Enable alerts in More → Match alerts and allow notifications in your phone settings. Delivery depends on sports data availability, connectivity, and Apple or Google delivery services. Alerts may be delayed or corrected.
To stop alerts and delete the active registration, choose Disable all my alerts in the app while online and wait for confirmation.
Privacy and deletion
No KopEleven account is required. More → Privacy lets you change your Analytics choice or erase your data. Declining Analytics does not block app features. Email the contact above for data rights or additional deletion requests.
Data and content
Sports information mainly comes from API-Football (API-Sports) and may be incomplete or delayed. Include the affected link or profile when reporting an error or rights concern. KopEleven is independent of clubs and competitions.
