KopEleven is an independent football information app published by Serge Castor in France. Contact: contact.kopeleven@gmail.com.

An independent service

KopEleven presents fixtures, scores, standings, statistics and sports profiles. References to clubs, competitions, players or media identify the subject being discussed. They do not imply official partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

The mobile version uses simplified shirt illustrations inspired by team colours and patterns, without crests, sponsors or kit manufacturer marks, and displays no competition logos. Any rights in third-party names, trademarks, photographs and other content remain separate.

Sources and availability

Scores, standings and statistics mainly come from API-Football (API-Sports). News and videos come from identified external sources. Serge Castor holds a monthly API-Sports subscription. When content comes from that provider, the API-Sports terms govern feed access. They do not grant all publication permissions; third-party rights may be required.

Information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. Scores and notifications are indicative and depend on incoming data, connectivity and delivery services. KopEleven seeks to correct reported errors. Consult the competition organiser for authoritative results.

Viewing and reuse

The service enables viewing sports information and using KopEleven features. It does not grant a general licence to reproduce, redistribute or resell third-party data, photographs or other content. Reuse must respect applicable rights and statutory exceptions.

Do not bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service or extract its data in bulk. Provider access keys are not intended to be shared with users. Sharing a profile link does not transfer rights in the linked content.

Photos, videos and news

Photographs and editorial content remain subject to their rights holders’ rights. Availability through a technical feed does not by itself establish permission to reuse them. Disputed content or content with insufficiently established rights may be corrected, disabled or removed following review.

Videos use their publisher’s player or links. KopEleven does not rehost videos or bypass viewing restrictions. YouTube remains subject to its Terms of Service; player loading choices are described in the privacy policy. News links point to the publishing site and do not grant an article licence.

Report an error or rights concern

Email contact.kopeleven@gmail.com with the relevant profile or link, precise content, grounds for your request and, where needed, evidence of your authority as a rights holder or representative. Do not send private keys or unrelated personal information.

Serge Castor will review the report and appropriate steps, which may include correction, access restriction or removal. This contact does not limit other available remedies. Information received for handling requests is covered by the privacy policy.

Scope

These notices do not exclude the publisher’s legal duties or the mandatory rights of users and rights holders. They do not shift responsibility for KopEleven’s publication permissions to users. They will be updated when features or provider agreements change.
